041218 - 12/20

Complete as many rounds as you can in 20 minutes of:
5 Box jumps, 26 inch box
10 L-pull-ups
15 Sit-ups

Pull ups were with 100lbs help - but they were still the slow point
8 rounds + 5 jumps... not sure of my jump height - its at they gym onto a platform.

I did almost do a full pullup before the WOD, and I did yul-guk once after the WOD!

I feel great!

Didn't quite get through it - only 1 round in 20mins
It really wrecked me. I sub'd jump pull-ups (HARD!), 25lb db swing and 20lb (each) thrusters
by the thrusters, I was dead.
I kinda feel like I'm getting worse at crossfit, I hope not :(

"Fight Gone Bad!"

This is our famous “Fight Gone Bad” workout. It has been used extensively to prep fighters for the UFC. In this workout you move from each of five stations after a minute. This is a five-minute round from which a one-minute break is allowed before repeating. We’ve used this in 3 and 5 round versions. Today is 3 rounds. The stations are:

Wall-ball – 20 pound ball, 10 ft target. (Reps)
Deadlift high-pull 75 pounds (Reps)
Box Jump – 20” box (Reps)
Push-press 75 pounds (Reps)
Row – calories (Calories)

WOD 041129

Clean & Jerk 15-12- and 9 reps

50lbs.
I really don't know how to C&J, so I kinda just did a lift off the ground (kinda like a clean) then a press up to locked out
My elbow hurt
.. Ok, lemme just complain for a sec.
I really need coaching or training or something. I don't know how to do these lifts. As a matter of fact, I'd go so far as to say I don't know how to do any real lifts.
my hands are hurting from the pullups, my hams are hurting from the DLs... my pecs from the dips
and my lats don't hurt at all from the pullups... I don't know if I'm doing them correctly.
Ok, done venting.
On a positive note, I did a bunch of leg lifts, and even 20 on the dip station... so getting there.
